Tip Of The Month
April - Colours and Feng Shui
When colours that are complimentary come into fashion, it is a good sign of harmony, peace and tolerance. Complimentary colours are blue and gold (water and metal), green and red (tree and fire) blue and white (water and metal) and brown and red (earth and fire). But when clashing colours are "in" like grey and red (metal and fire) or blue and red (water and fire) it indicates that there is a bigger divide growing between the wealthy and the poor, or between political groups and suggests general discord.

Green - Tend to mean that we will all become more interested in outdoor activities. This colour also promotes international travel.

Pink - Is a soft romantic colour. When it is in style we will generally be concentrating on the more feminine aspects of life.

Grey - Can bring depression. When it comes into fashion, it can indicate the advent of a down turn in the economy.

Blue - As a colour in vogue indicates that society is becoming more conservative, truthful and steady in attitude.

Brown - Is a very grounding, conservative, steady colour. It represents a solidifying of the economy - safe and sure but not very capable of change.

Orange - Is the colour of healing. People who wear it tend to be followers and healers. It is rarely fashionable for long because we cannot keep up with the vibration that orange generates. It adds a lot of positive warmth to society.

Red - Brings rapid growth and is one of the most auspicious colours for the Chinese. The vibrant colour of life, red represents growth and a state of happiness.

Purple - Is the colour of the visionary. It is the colour that the church adopted because it is the colour of the dreamer, the martyr and of pure (not necessarily physical) love.

Black - Is associated with power. It is a colour that is closely linked with money, especially when complimented with gold, so these colours means financial success for the economy.

Yellow - When related to fashion, means that everyone is tending to focus more on the intellect.

White - Indicates a fresh start but possibly a lack of focus for the economy as a whole.

So by using the correct colour you will introduce harmony into your every day life.
