Orders
Orders may be placed by telephone, letter, fax or via the website secure order system.
You can also email orders and telephone credit c. details.
(or ask us in the email to phone you for card details).
To order by telephone or fax - just advise the item reference numbers and your card details.
Postal payments may be made with credit card, cheque or P.O. paypal also accepted
(All Payable to FENG SHUI HARMONICS ). A receipt will be included with your consignment.
Delivery
The price shown on the internet pages does not include packing and delivery.
Select the A Postage Information on catalogue page for shipment costs to all countries.
We normally despatch orders within 3 working days for stock items displayed on description
as S-1, S-2, etc. Items advertised on the web pages are usually in stock Otherwise
please allow 28 days for delivery. 90% of orders are despatched within 48 hours. If we have
a temporary shortage, We will contact you to advise the anticipated delay period.
Cancellation and Returns
You may cancel your order within 7 working days from the day after receiving the goods.
Please return them to us and we will exchange or refund payment (excludind postage)
within 14 days. If no alternatives are in stock or suitable. When ordering please note the size and
picture as they are sold as displayed. Please advise any damage or shortages in your delivery
within 7 days of receipt. We will exchange or refund payment within 14 days after receipt for goods deemed to be faulty or damaged when we receive the returned items. Personalised and perishable goods are not returnable. When returning items, please ensure they are securely packed and obtain A 'proof of posting' certificate from your Post Office or carrier. All This information may be included with the consignment if requested.
